Definitions and Acceptance
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between IQ Hosting and any client who uses our services, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, servers, software licenses, and technical support. By using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Acceptable Use Policy
Our services may not be used for:
Publishing content that promotes religious hatred, incites violence, or spreads discriminatory material.
Hosting adult content or any material that violates applicable laws and regulations.
Deploying hacking tools, malware, or distributing unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
Engaging in fraudulent activities or any illegal business practices.
Sharing login credentials without implementing proper security measures.
Violating intellectual property rights of third parties.
Shared hosting accounts are limited to sending 200 emails per hour.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for any violation of these terms without prior notice.
We maintain a stable and secure hosting environment with a minimum uptime guarantee of 99.9%.
Daily internal and external backups are provided for shared hosting and reseller plans, with retention of the two most recent backup copies.
24/7 technical support is available through tickets, live chat, WhatsApp, and phone. Our ticketing system serves as the official support channel.
We protect customer data privacy and secure all transactions within an encrypted environment.
Domain names are registered under the client's ownership, with full management capabilities provided through our comprehensive control panel in the client area.

Service Level Agreement and Performance Guarantees
Software licenses, design services, or custom development work.
No refunds are available for voluntary account cancellations after the guarantee period.

Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal information.
We do not share customer data with third parties except with explicit consent or legal mandate.
Customers may request a copy of their data upon service termination.
All transactions are processed within a secure, encrypted environment.

Account Security and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securing their login credentials (usernames, passwords, and access codes).
We strongly recommend using strong passwords and updating them regularly.
Any unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence is the customer's sole responsibility.
Customers must keep their contact information current and accurate.
Customers are responsible for maintaining additional external backups of critical data.

Domain Management Policy
Domain names are registered under the customer's ownership, and customers are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and timely renewals.
Four renewal notifications are sent before domain expiration.
Domains are automatically suspended upon expiration and may become unrecoverable after 15 days.
After 30 days post-expiration, domain recovery becomes impossible under any circumstances.
We accept no liability for domain loss due to non-renewal or customer negligence.

Backup Services
Daily internal and external backups are performed for shared hosting and reseller services.
We retain only the two most recent backup copies.
Backup restoration is available free of charge at any time through our technical support.
Upon contract termination, data is retained for an additional 30 days for recovery purposes.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent external backups of important data.

Resource Limits and Service Usage
Each hosting plan includes specific resource allocations (RAM, CPU, process limits) as detailed in the plan specifications.
Accounts are not automatically suspended for resource overages, though website performance may be temporarily affected.
We recommend monitoring resource usage through cPanel Resource Usage statistics.
Persistent excessive resource consumption may require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

Intellectual Property and Copyright
Customers retain ownership of all content and data uploaded to our servers.
We retain ownership of all proprietary technologies and software used in service delivery.
Customers must not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
Upon receiving DMCA or copyright infringement complaints, allegedly infringing content will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
Customers bear full responsibility for any unlicensed software usage.

Technical Support Services
Technical support covers: hosting-related technical issues, email configuration, and control panel access problems.
Support does not include: software installation, themes, plugins, design work, or code modifications.
Our ticketing system is the official support channel, with live chat, WhatsApp, and phone available as supplementary options.
Response times: 24 hours for general inquiries, 30 minutes to 1 hour for urgent technical issues.

Reseller Account Responsibilities
Reseller customers assume full responsibility for ensuring their end-users comply with all terms and conditions.
Resellers are held accountable for any violations or misuse by their customers.
Resellers must inform their customers of all applicable terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability and Damages
Our total liability for any incident shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the month preceding the incident.
We disclaim all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits.
Customers are responsible for securing their data and maintaining regular backups.
We accept no responsibility for content published by customers or their end-users.

Account Termination and Service Suspension
IQ Hosting reserves the right to immediately cancel or suspend services for violations, abuse, or misuse.
In cases of serious violations, all data may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
Accounts with no active services for 60 consecutive days will be automatically deleted.
Customers may request service migration to another provider with 7 days' written notice.

Communications and Notifications
All official notifications are sent to the email address registered with the account.
Customers must promptly update contact information when changes occur.
Notifications are considered delivered 24 hours after sending.
During emergencies, we work to resolve issues immediately while notifying customers through all available channels.

Force Majeure
IQ Hosting shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, major technical failures, communication outages, or power interruptions. These circumstances include all force majeure events, whether occurring in Iraq or internationally.

General Provisions
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Any waiver of our rights shall not constitute a continuing waiver.
These terms supersede all previous versions and constitute the complete agreement.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without direct notification.
Updates will be published on our official website.
Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For material changes, customers will be notified via email.
